8th Grade Promotion is just around the corner. We would like to show just how much you have grown as students and individuals throughout the past 8 years. So, if you would like to participate, please share a picture of yourself from kindergarten or elementary school. The athletic department will be hosting free physicals good for the 2018-19 school year on May 10th to any interested current 6th-11th grade student. In order to get your physical on this date all paperwork must be submitted electronically by going to https://alliance-oh.finalforms.com/ by May 1st. No paper forms will be accepted. If you have questions or need a copy of the sign-up instructions please call the athletic office at 821-3972.

Jordan Schwartz will be representing Alliance Middle School at the State Competition for MATHCOUNTS. The competition is on Sat., March 10th at Columbus State Community College. Best of Luck Jordan!

Five students from AMS participated in the OMEA District 8 Honor Band on Saturday, February 17 and Saturday, February 24. Students rehearsed at The University of Mount Union and Alliance High School, with a culminating concert in the AHS auditorium. Professional musicians and conductors from across Ohio worked with students throughout both days, providing techniques and guidance on every instrument. Congratulations to Patrick Burse (percussion), Thomas Butt (trombone), Jacob Collins (trumpet), Brooke McDermitt (clarinet), and Jordan Schwartz (alto saxophone) on a job well done!

Track pictures will be on Thursday, March 22nd at 2:30 in the gym.
