"My favorite memory from attending ACS was the excitement of school-wide events, like pep rallies and spirit weeks. The whole school came together in our red and blue to show pride, and celebrate as a community."

"Mrs. Hollie Van Horne (8th grade language arts) had a lasting impact on me while attending ACS as a student. She was kind, fun, and always treated students with respect. She created an environment where I felt comfortable and valued, and I knew I could talk to her about anything without judgement. Mrs. Van Horne inspired me to work harder and always believe in my abilities. "

"I chose to come back to work for ACS because I wanted the chance to give back to the community that I grew up in by inspiring and supporting my students the same way my teachers once did for me. I enjoy being a part of the same traditions and values that made my own school experience so special."

Yesterday, the drop off lines at AP, AELS, AES and AIS were filled with smiles as fathers and father figures joined students for the Stark County Fatherhood Coalition’s Fathers Walk Your Child to School Day! 🩵❤️
