Senior exams should be administered according to the following schedule:

Friday, May 18 - 3rd & 8th periods

Monday, May 21 - 5th & 7th periods

Tuesday, May 22 - 4th & 6th periods

Wednesday, May 23 - 1st & 2nd periods and make-up exams

Seniors are required to take exams in all classes. Senior students will follow a normal bell schedule and report to all classes. Failure to attend and take an exam may result in an F (0%) for the exam and for the semester grade. Additionally, students failing to attend and take an exam may not participate in the graduation ceremony for failing to complete the course. There will be no building passes issued on exam days. Seniors should plan ahead to re-arrange their personal/work schedules if needed. Students who have an unexcused absence on the date of an exam may not be permitted to make-up their exams.

Textbooks for all courses are to be turned in to the appropriate teacher before students will be permitted to take an exam on the scheduled day. If a textbook is not turned in on time, students will be required to take the exam for that class during the make-up time Wednesday, May 18th.

Seniors will be released from school Wednesday, May 23rd after 2nd period at 9:18 a.m. if they do not have any make-up exams.

If students owe fines and/or fees to Alliance City Schools, they will not be permitted to participate in graduation practice, participate in the graduation ceremony and will not receive their diplomas. At this time, all fees must be paid to Mrs. Kirby by April 27th.

Graduation practices are mandatory. If students are not present at both practices on time, they will not be permitted to walk at graduation. Practices are Thursday, May 24th from 1:00 – 2:30 and Friday, May 25th from 8:30 – 11:30 a.m. Excuses will not be granted for work or minor illnesses.
